FLYASH BELT WEIGHFEEDING

APPLICATION	:	Weighfeeding of flyash or other fine aerated solids products.
PROBLEM	:	Flyash is an extremely difficult material to handle. It exhibits both flushing and bridging properties and has a low bulk density making accurate weighment difficult.
SOLUTION	:	The Process Automation WF-100 flyash belt weighfeeder provides accurate and reliable metering flyash and other aerated solids with a free flowing tendancy. Proprietary hardware of the WF-100 takes care of the material handling difficulties while the powerful UniproII weighfeeding transmitter provides all the signal processing and control functions required.
EQUIPMENT USED	:	Process Automation manufactures a wide range of weighfeeders to suit the great variety of solids products to be proportioned / fed in controlled quantities. Special belting, pre-feeders or feed hoppers may be used as indicated by the nature of the product.
